Biography
Katharine Rajczak LLB MFA
After working for a number of years in the non-profit sector in the arts, health, and social services, Ms. Rajczak attended Osgoode Hall Law school in the 1990s and was called to the Bar in Ontario in February 1996. She worked for 25 years in Toronto and Southern Ontario as a family law trial lawyer appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal of Ontario. She also served on the panel for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. Throughout her legal career Ms. Rajczak continued to build her legal expertise and skill set through Continuing Legal Education, Mediation and Arbitration Training , Leadership and Communications instruction and Conflict Management Coaching Training.
Ms. Rajczak provides a sensitive but thorough approach to the preparation of cohabitation contracts, separation agreements, and parenting plans. Ms. Rajczak utilizes breath and voice techniques to assist clients to manage emotions and high conflict and to facilitate improved communication between disputing parties.
